OWNERSHIP

All goods remain the property of Beare Green Winery Limited until payment in full has been received. The wine is to be stored securely and is to be easily identifiable as wine supplied by Beare Green Winery.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

We will not sell wine to anyone who is not aged 18 years or over. In placing an order with us, you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. If you’re purchasing wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will ask for ID. If the person receiving the delivery is not able to supply an appropriate ID, the courier will be unable to deliver the wine.

CANCELLATION

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Please contact Beare Green Winery in writing if you wish to cancel your order. Please note that all wine must be returned in the state that it was received. Any damage will need to be reimbursed to the company.

RETURNS

All wine shall be at the customer’s risk from the point of delivery to the customer. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. Upon receipt, if your order does not meet the quality expected, please contact us in the first instance to arrange a return - note you will need to return the original product in order to qualify for a replacement. If the product is faulty, we will replace at no cost to yourself. We do not offer refunds for products that are not faulty.

Security

We use a secure payment server which provides state-of-the-art encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology to protect your credit card information. We have security measures in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is completely restricted internally. However, if you create an account on our website, it is your responsibility to ensure your password remains confidential and that it is not disclosed to a third party.

PROMOTIONAL CODES & GIFT VOUCHERS

Any promotional codes or gift vouchers for our eCommerce site are only eligible for purchases of individual wines directly via the Beare Green Winery website.
