Grapegrowing: Our fruit is sourced from a high altitude vineyard located in the beautiful Surrey Hills only fifteen minutes from our winery. The south-facing vineyard lies on free-draining loam at 125m altitude.

Winemaking: The grapes are hand-harvested and whole cluster pressed at BGW. The wine undergoes a natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures, with no MLC or lees ageing. The juices went through a week's fermentation on its skins to add texture, body and roundness whilst taming the exuberant aromatics of Bacchus.
